I understand that issues can arise that are unforeseen, such as illness and family issues. Ideally, any lessons that cannot be attended will be rearranged for another time. However, when this isn’t possible your communication is much appreciated. Unfortunately I have been cost a lot of work previously due to a lack of communication when people wanted to either cancel a lesson or had reached the end of their tuition. As such, anyone who receives tuition from Lighter Notes must agree to this cancellation policy.

A lesson can be cancelled up to 24 hours before at no charge.

A lesson can be cancelled between 2 and 24 hours before at half the charge

A lesson cancelled at 2 hours or less before it is due to commence will be charged at 3/4 of the fee

A no show for a lesson will be charged at the full price

Lessons can be rearranged at no cost (up to two times) up to an hour before the lesson commences.
